Multi-Skilled Handyman Technician
LocationSouth Bend & Elkhart Area
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks
- Interact professionally with customers to assess needs, explain work, and deliver an exceptional experience
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using iPad and company systems
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job
- Hands-on experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, basic plumbing/electrical)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in craftsmanship
- Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely at heights when needed
- Pay range: $30 to $40+ per hour based on experience
