Our client, a leading organization in the retail and facilities management industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts

Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs

Troubleshoot and repair motors and pumps

Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment

Participate in on-call, after hour calls as needed

Ability to identify and maintain food service equipment

Electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24

VDC systems

Reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
