ResponsibilitiesTeam Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring Fiber Optic Cable Blowing/ Cable Pulling Crew Leaders in the South Bend, Indiana area. The purpose of a Crew Leader is to manage job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Skills and Requirements- 2-3 years of knowledge operating fiber-blowing machines, superjets, and mini-jets.
- Knowledge of pulling cables and innerduct.
- Experience safely leading pulling crews and directing daily work activities such as timesheets.
- Familiar with reading telecom blueprints and completing redline/as-built prints.
- Valid driver's license; CDL-A is not required but a plus.
