Apartment Maintenance Technician II – South Bend, IN

Full‑time position:
Maintenance Technician

We seek an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep and repair tasks for Indian Springs Apartments, located in South Bend, Indiana.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM. On‑call 1 week every 5 weeks. Full‑time, year‑round.

• $19.00–$22.00 per hour
• Up to $3,000 in quarterly bonuses
• On‑call bonus up to $2,000 annually

• 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or equivalent (training provided)
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with on‑call duties and snow removal

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process.

Required pre‑employment screenings include a criminal background check and drug screening.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

Valid driver's license is required.
