Position:
Multi-Skilled Handyman Technician

Location:

South Bend & Elkhart Area Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks

Interact professionally with customers to assess needs, explain work, and deliver an exceptional experience

Maintain accurate records of work completed using iPad and company systems

Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, basic plumbing/electrical)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in craftsmanship

Good communication skills and a customer-first approach

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely at heights when needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $30 to $40+ per hour based on experience
