Key Responsibilities- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in apartment complexes and commercial spaces
- Respond promptly and empathetically to service requests
- Maintain accurate job records using an iPad and internal systems
- Collaborate with a supportive team to exceed customer expectations
- Prior experience in residential/commercial maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of building systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑first mindset
- Valid driver’s license required
- $22–$28+ per hour based on experience
