You arrive self-motivated and ready to own your schedule with minimal oversight. You scan the preventive and predictive maintenance plan, prioritize critical assets, and get to work keeping production humming. Mid-morning, a stamping press trips—within minutes you isolate the issue across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic subsystems, verify 480V power, review PLC logic, and return the line to service. After lunch, you fine-tune an HMI screen, then assist with a robotic welder that needs a quick diagnostic.
Before the shift wraps, you document work, prep parts for tomorrow’s PMs, and collaborate with teammates on continuous improvement.
What you’ll take on Execute preventive and predictive maintenance that maximizes equipment uptime.
Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (experience with Allen‑Bradley, DL06 platforms, and HMI interfaces is preferred).Support and troubleshoot: robotic welders, stamping presses, benders, roll formers, CNC lasers, CNC brake presses, and other plant machinery.
Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE and practicing proper Lockout/Tagout.
Handle physical tasks: safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned and respond to priorities as they shift.
Work overtime when needed to support production demands.
Contribute in a team environment while staying self-directed and resourceful.
What you bring
Hands-on experience with essential tools (wrenches, saws, air tools, and similar).Proven background in industrial maintenance.
Current forklift experience (required).Strength in troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains.
Technical strengths we valuePLC troubleshooting expertise and practical PLC programming experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting and pneumatics diagnostics.
Industrial electrical proficiency, including 120/208/240/480 VAC systems.
Metal stamping and forming know‑how (progressive die exposure).Strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
