Mr. Handyman is seeking a dedicated Apartment Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential and commercial maintenance services while embracing our mission of care, respect, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in apartment complexes and commercial spaces

Respond promptly and empathetically to service requests

Maintain accurate job records using an iPad and internal systems

Collaborate with a supportive team to exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in residential/commercial maintenance preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of building systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset

Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits:$22–$28+ per hour based on experience
