We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana. This role involves performing maintenance tasks throughout the property, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, operational environment.

Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on‑call 1 week every 5 weeks.

• $19.00-$22.00/HR
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (training provided)
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with on‑call duties and snow removal

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process. This role requires pre‑employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will also be required during the interview process.
