HVAC Service Technician

Our rotating on-call schedule is designed with your personal time in mind. We stop taking after hour calls at 9:00 p.m., and weekend hours are limited so you can rest, sleep in, and still enjoy your evenings. Pay: $26-34/hour Depending on Experience + SPIFFs

Job Duties:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest recommendations
- Perform high-quality service while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
- Complete service documentation accurately using company-provided technology
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
