- Lead on-site teams through various restoration projects, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to keep timelines on track and materials stocked.
- Perform high-quality finish work, structural framing, and trim installation.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing technical skills and best practices on the job.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all clients and staff.
- Communicate project progress clearly and professionally to homeowners, providing peace of mind throughout the restoration process.
- Five years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry or structural repair.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Own set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Indiana.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Prior experience in restoration projects involving fire or water damage is highly beneficial.
