Overview
Safe Passage is a diagnostic and evaluation facility that works with youth ages 10 to 18. A youth is referred to our program by a DCS case manager or a probation officer to seek a clinical assessment. The youth stay at our locked secure facility for 30 days while our psychologist completes a full diagnostic and assessment of the youth. Safe Passage's psychologist will update diagnosis, treatment plans, and future placement options.
Youth will leave Safe Passage in the next 30 days after their assessment is completed going on to one of three places: back home with social services in place, to a foster care or group home, or to a residential facility to work on a youth s recommendations.
Pay: starting at $50,000 per year.

The Group Supervisor exercises considerable independent judgment and authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both students and staff in order to meet expectations of the services provided. The Group Supervisor exercises direct control and direction over subordinate staff such as Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, Night Coach Counselors, transportation, etc. as assigned in the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program.
The Group Supervisor s duties include participation and authority in decisions involving processes to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, promote, discharge, assign, evaluate performance, reward or discipline other employees and program delivery.
To be considered you should:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
12-hour shifts: 8:30 am to 9:00 pm days and 9:00 pm to 9:00 am nights, alternating weekly rotation, 1 hour break.
Work PatternMonday and Tuesday Off;
Wednesday and Thursday Work;
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Work.
