Compensation:
Up to $150,000 + 8% Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Development Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team building modern, scalable web and mobile applications. This is a true senior-level role requiring deep mobile expertise — at least 10+ years in software development, with a strong focus on mobile engineering throughout your career.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, full-stack engineer who has spent the majority of their career building and delivering mobile applications — not someone who recently transitioned from front‑end or web‑only development.

• Drive architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile and web‑based applications
• Lead technical design discussions and guide architectural decisions
• Build and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native and Type Script
• Develop backend services using .NET or Node.js
• Design and implement cloud‑based solutions within AWS
• Decompose complex business requirements into clean, actionable user stories
• Contribute to refactoring efforts to reduce technical debt and improve performance
• Partner with product teams and offshore engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Follow full SDLC best practices including code reviews, CI/CD, and source control
• Use Jira, Git Hub, and Confluence for collaboration and workflow management
• Mentor engineers and help drive technical standards across the team

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• At least 5+ years of hands‑on mobile development experience (React Native required)
• Strong proficiency in React Native and Type Script
• 5+ years of backend development using .NET or Node.js
• 3+ years of experience working within AWS environments
• Proven full‑stack development experience (front‑end only candidates will not be a fit)
• Experience designing scalable, production‑grade applications

• Experience building and supporting enterprise‑level mobile applications
• Strong understanding of system architecture and performance optimization
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams
• Passion for improving engineering processes and best practices
