MS Head Softball Coach (Appendix II - 1 per school)
CONTRACT LENGTH: Sport Season
STIPEND: $1465.40
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for guiding and directing students in a successful softball program at the junior high school level.
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director;
School Principal
DUTIES:
- Organize and plan practices
- Develop conditioning programs to improve strength, skill, and agility
- Demonstrate interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a softball coach in a successful program
- Good communication skills
- Ability to get along with students and parents
- Ability to motivate athletes
- Experience as a softball participant at the high school or college level
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: up to $1,465.40 Stipend
