Class A CDL Truck Driver – Home Weekly 75K-100K /1st Yr

Drivers get home weekly on a dedicated account in IL, WI, IN, and MI. Annual pay ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience and performance. Full benefits are included. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is paid in installments: $250 after the first load and on days 30, 60, 120, and 150. A rider and a pet are permitted once training is complete.

A 2‑day paid training program at $150 per day is required before assignments to tractors.

• Pay starts at $0.82 per mile up to $0.85 per mile, plus $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.
• Operation in IL, WI, IN, MI. Drivers are home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours.
• Training is 2 days, paid $150 per day.
• Full benefits commence after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), one week paid time off in the first year, and more.

100% driver unload. The driver places boxes on the conveyor belt; the store personnel store the boxes. The driver does not unload from the conveyor belt.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excluding trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes accidents resulting in injury, jackknifing, or rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.

We do not hire any driver who has ever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of SAP program completion.
