CDL‑A Truck Driver – Run Dedicated Account Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with at least 3 months verifiable experience will run dedicated regional routes, staying home each week. Weekends are not guaranteed.

• Average pay $1,500–$2,000+ per week.
• Sign‑on bonus of $2,500.
• Pay starts at $0.82–$0.85 CPM, with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.
• Full benefits begin after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), 1 week PTO in first year, and more).
• Driver may have a rider and a pet after training.

• 2 days of training, paid $150 per day.
• After training, drivers receive $150 per day during a 1‑week paid ride‑along with a current driver.

• Operate tractors in IL, WI, IN, MI.
• Deliver and unload goods while ensuring safety; unload is 100% driver responsibility; boxes are placed on conveyor belts and stored by store personnel.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.

• Class A CDL with 3–4 months of verifiable experience.
• Maximum number of jobs based on experience: 6–12 months – no more than 4 jobs in last 36 months; 12–24 months – up to 6 jobs; 24+ months – up to 8 jobs.
• No history of failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests.

Driver will place boxes on conveyor belts; boxes are stored by store personnel. Driver does not do any unloading from the conveyor belt.

We do not hire any driver who has ever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of whether they have completed the SAP program.
