NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated hospital pickup route within our established South Bend, IN operation. This is a consistent, revenue generating opportunity that accepts any qualifying vehicle

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.

• Compensation: Daily guarantee plus fuel charge (average weekly commission approximately $730
  ). Weekly earnings vary based on the fuel charge percentage, which is subject to change every two weeks.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Start/End Time: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
• Required Vehicle: Any qualifying vehicle.
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 800 miles.
• Daily Stops: Approximately 7 to 9.
• Geographical Area: South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Nappanee, Bremen, LaPorte, and Michigan City.
• Sorting: None required.

• Candidates may use any qualifying vehicle that is suitable for route work.
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer

To maintain our industry leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre employment process before beginning work, which includes a Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
