National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is currently seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support flagging services across major railroads, transit systems, and state DOTs. The role requires substantial travel (50–85%) and a high school diploma.
You will coordinate on-site activities and maintain safety compliance. The RWIC will communicate with dispatchers and crews, brief all personnel on site, enforce applicable policies, and file daily reports.
