We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure our inventory is accurate, properly stored, and efficiently managed. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do Inventory Accuracy & Organization- Monitor and maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and stored in the proper locations.
- Perform daily cycle counts on raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and nonconforming materials.
- Open containers as needed to count or weigh materials and confirm quantities on hand.
- Use Factory Talk to process cycle counts on bulk raw materials.
- Use MAWM software to review inventory activity, verify onhand quantities, and complete cycle counts.
- Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct searches to locate misclassified inventory.
- Report overages, shortages, and damaged goods to leadership.
- Publish monthly and quarterly inventory accuracy metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with receiving and putting away new raw materials and packaging, including reviewing item attributes.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
