Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse operations, supporting customers, vendors, and delivery drivers;
Process customer pick-ups, returns, warehouse orders, and shipping documentation with accuracy and efficiency;
Coordinate inbound freight, generate Bills of Lading, and manage daily LTL shipments;
Reconcile inventory discrepancies, research variances, and make corrections to maintain accurate inventory records;
Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and scanning and organizing documents
