Volt is hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in South Bend, IN to manage daily fulfillment, shipping, and inventory for the HQ. The role coordinates with UPS for pickups and maintains accurate counts of samples, marketing materials, and packaging supplies using ERP systems.
The ideal candidate has warehouse operations experience, administrative support skills, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel for data, trackers, and reports. UPS World Ship and ERP experience (Sage/SAP) are preferred.
