Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, in South Bend, IN.
As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be:- Manage daily fulfillment and shipping from the HQ office.
- Coordinate with UPS representatives to ensure daily pickups are completed.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, and another HQ inventory.
- Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder as needed.
- Enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system.
- Track orders and shipments through customer portals and internal systems.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or supply needs.
- Assist with resolving shipping, inventory, and fulfillment issues.
- Maintain operational trackers and records as needed.
- Support the Operations team with additional day-to-day tasks and project.
- Experience of warehouse operations like Shipping/Logistics.
- Experience of administrative support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (data, trackers, and reports).
Skills & Qualifications
- UPS World Ship experience.
- ERP experience (any ERP system).
- Experience with Sage, SAP, or similar systems.
- Experience of supply chain experience or supply chain knowledge.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
This is a full-time contract opportunity.
