Position: Assistant with Security Clearance
Role Description This is a part-time Assistant role located in South Boston, VA. The Assistant will provide a broad variety of tasks to support three initiatives – a farm, a storefront and a tech business. Likely to involve (but not limited to) a mix of administrative tasks, errands and organizing. Initially this will be a part-time W-2 position with a minimum of 20 hours per week guaranteed.

Potential for more hours eventually if performing well. Essential Requirements

• Either a public trust or secret clearance

• Located within a 30 minute drive of South Boston VA
• Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds.

• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Able to work effectively both independently and co-operatively in team efforts.

• Ability and willingness to be flexible for changing priorities on short notice, follow instructions and communicate clearly.

• Excellent customer service skills including phone etiquette. Desirable attributes:

• Available to start before end of July.
