Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, VA, is seeking a Guest Relations Representative to act as a liaison between patients, families, visitors and the medical team, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.
The role includes cross-training on the switchboard and a flexi schedule with rotating days and hours (days, evenings, nights), minimum 8 hours per week. A high school diploma is required and 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
