How you'll make an impact

* Create and analyze customized transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard control.

* Contribute to design reviews, verification activities, and established QA/QC processes.

* Optimize designs to meet evolving standards, technologies, and functional requirements.

* Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing or construction plans.

* Use advanced models, simulations, and analytical tools to solve complex technical challenges.

* Prepare and support technical documentation, proposals, and approval processes.

* Collaborate with customers to shape design solutions and drive continuous improvement.

* Work across engineering disciplines to deliver integrated, high‑quality outcomes.

* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of transformer design experience, or

* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of transformer design experience, or

* Associate degree with 8+ years of transformer design experience.

* Strong technical knowledge of transformer design and related engineering disciplines.

* Experience using advanced engineering tools, models, or simulations.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.
