How You’ll Make an Impact- Monitor and evaluate production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events.
- Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement.
- Identify and execute CAPEX and cost‑out projects.
- Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
- Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communicator with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.
