Process Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Support development of risk assessments, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Participate in kaizen events to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and visual management.
• Provide tooling and fixture support for assembly processes.
• Help maintain machine uptime and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare EHS and process reports for plant leadership.
• Troubleshoot routine engineering issues and support complex problem‑solving.
• Use software tools to analyze data and support engineering operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Associate degree in engineering or related field.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and accomplishments.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with technical documentation and process control.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
