How You’ll Make An Impact- Design electrical components and systems for power transformers serving the North American market.
- Prepare customer documentation, manufacturing drawings, and bills of material.
- Contribute to internal design reviews and collaborate closely across teams.
- Apply market and sales strategies to develop transformer designs that meet customer needs.
- Utilize 2D and 3D design tools to support engineering deliverables.
- Share ideas openly and support an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–10 years of electrical design experience in power transformer manufacturing.
- Strong theoretical and hands‑on knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Experience using AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D tools such as Creo is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently when needed and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
