Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety

HSE Specialist to help shape and strengthen health, safety, and environmental performance within our manufacturing operations.
In this impactful role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that protect our people, facilities, and environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental programs across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and strengthen safety performance.
- Deliver engaging HSE training programs that build awareness, accountability, and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and reports to support compliance and operational excellence.
- Partner with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to integrate HSE requirements into projects and process improvements.
- Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, chemical storage, and discharge activities.
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives, response planning, and drill execution to enhance site readiness.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Experience leading incident investigations and applying root cause analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver training, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or other relevant HSE credentials are considered an advantage.
