** How you'll make an impact
*** Identify, recommend, and implement application technologies and IT solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
* Support application design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
* Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
* Manage and support the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment.
* Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
* Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
* Maintain and manage application records and data within Service Now CMDB.
* Ensure compliance with application governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.
** Your background
*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management and service delivery within a multinational environment.
* Experience working with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
* Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, , or MSSQL.
* Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and development platforms such as Azure Dev Ops.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives.
