- Manage purchase requests aligned with technical, cost, and delivery requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and category teams to forecast demand
- Create and track purchase orders and supplier communications
- Maintain accurate ERP system data related to deliveries and transactions
- Coordinate with quality teams to verify product compliance and resolve issues
- Track supplier performance and support improvement actions
- Ensure timely receipt of goods and accurate invoice processing
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities
