Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a General Maintenance Mechanic.

The General Maintenance Mechanic performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and other items.
Refrigerant Recovery certification Type I and Type II preferred or Universal preferred. (HVAC requirements).
Standard Working Hours
: 7:00AM to 3:30PM (ET). On-call coverage required
- Virginia Drivers License active and in good standing
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Facility Maintenance Experience Required
- Refrigerant Recovery certification Type I and Type II preferred or Universal preferred. (HVAC requirements)
