The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal leadership role at Hitachi Energy, where innovation meets impact. As our Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you’ll drive strategic planning, purchasing, warehouse management, and inventory excellence across the entire value chain of our Local Business Unit. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
- Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.
- Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.
- Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.
- Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.
- Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
- Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- APICS and CPIM certification.
- Lean 6S certifications.
