** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead and inspire a production team to meet daily targets.
* Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee production scheduling to meet demand and inventory goals.
* Identify and implement process improvements for better performance.
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Collaborate to resolve critical equipment or product issues.
* Recommend upgrades to equipment and facilities.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
* Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos is a plus.
* Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or coil winding is a bonus.
