Factory Director Senior Leader - Greenfield site

We are currently seeking a Factory Director Senior Leader for our NEW Virginia, city of South Boston manufacturing plant. The role will be located in Virginia in city of South Boston and full relocation will be offered. The location is 90 minutes from Raleigh/Durham. This new plant will be adjacent to other operating plants and form a large manufacturing campus, handling all aspects of operations including Health, Safety & Environment, Production, Engineering, Project Management, and Production Scheduling.

Accountable for safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and cost.

• Manage overall manufacturing operations of the organization and staff involved in factory operations, including SEOP process.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs following the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for employees; ensure compliance with group health, safety, and environmental directives; monitor and report progress and results; assess risks and safety hazards; implement plans to protect people and equipment; instill the ITM philosophy of how we operate.
• Develop and execute plans to reduce non-value‑added costs, increase revenue, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates; ensure that ITM maturity development training and methods are implemented into the organization.
• Demonstrate unquestionable business ethics and conduct.

• Minimum 16 years of experience with at least 7 years in leadership; transformer experience preferred.
• Operations experience in a multi‑focused factory structure.
• Experience leading in a lean management system (or lean operating system or similar).
• Target base compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 plus incentive and allowances.
• Must have US work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
