Sentara Hospice Services – South Boston, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, one-on-one home health care. The role includes monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and managing medications, in collaboration with RNs and physicians. It is a part-time night shift position (12 AM–8 AM) with travel up to 50 miles.
Hires must have an LPN license for VA, a trade school nursing credential, and BLS within 90 days. Prior hospice experience is preferred.
