** Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a
** Registered Nurse.
**** Overview:
** The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.
** Anticipated Status/Shift:
** Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Evening Shift (4PM-12AM)

** Sentara Hospice Services - South Boston, VA (travel can include up to a 50-mile radius for position)
Salary Range: $33.61-56/hour

** Requirements:
**** Education
* ** Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
** Certification/Licensure
*** Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
* BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
** Experience
* ** 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
* Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
