Quality Technicians –2nd shift Production Quality

The Opportunity

As a Senior Quality Technician – 2nd shift Production Quality, you will play a hands‑on role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications while helping strengthen processes across the plant.

• Perform product inspections at multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
• Inspect units prior to customer final inspection.
• Identify root causes and close Quality Notifications (QNs).
• Support customer issue resolution and wrap‑up meeting actions.
• Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts.
• Assist with procedure reviews, audits, and CCRP action items.
• Verify adherence to standardized processes and work instructions.
• Support training efforts to promote safety, quality, and consistency across shifts.

• Experience in a manufacturing or quality‑focused environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with willingness to learn Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze issues and support root‑cause problem‑solving.
• Comfort working collaboratively across teams and shifts.
