In this hands‑on position, you will work closely with production and quality teams to inspect products, identify opportunities for improvement, and help resolve quality concerns before they reach our customers. • Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify product quality and compliance.
• Inspect units prior to customer final inspections.
• Investigate quality concerns and support root cause analysis activities.
• Assist in closing Quality Notifications (QNs) and tracking corrective actions.
• Support customer issue resolution and follow-up activities.
• Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts across the production floor.
• Participate in audits, procedure reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support training efforts and promote adherence to safety, quality, and standardized work practices.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, quality assurance, or a related environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze issues and contribute to root cause problem‑solving activities.
