Guest Service Department Manager + Elevate the guest experience (Front Counter, McCafé, Drive-Thru) + Execute sales promotions and service procedures + Train, position, and coach service staff for speed and accuracy Kitchen Department Manager + Deliver hot, fresh, safe food-fast + Control food cost and verify production routines + Train kitchen team on procedures and new menu items People Department Manager + Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified crew + Schedule to meet sales and profit goals + Drive training, recognition, and retention Core Responsibilities (All Departments) + Plan and deploy the shift;

hit targets for speed, accuracy, and QSC + Model hospitality and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards + Manage inventory/cash procedures and complete shift documentation + Communicate handoffs and results to the leadership team What You Bring + Minimum 2 years of QSR shift management experience, McDonald's preferred + Positive, hands-on leader who coaches in the moment + Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment + Commitment to safety, food quality, and team development + 18+ to manage in our restaurants
