This full-time, on-site AI/ML Engineer role is based in Chandler, AZ. The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent systems to support business and product goals. Daily responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, building and training neural network architectures, and performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, integrating models into production systems, and optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability.

The AI/ML Engineer will also document solutions, maintain code quality, and stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, including data structures and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition for model development, evaluation, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python, Java, or C++) and version control tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets, build end-to-end ML pipelines, and deploy models to production environments (cloud or on-premises).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
