What You’ll Be Doing Client & Relationship Leadership- Serve as the trusted advisor for key pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships rooted in trust, delivery excellence, and strategic insight.
- Drive account retention while identifying and developing growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Lead client onboarding, business reviews, and day-to-day engagement to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Partner with Sales and Account Directors on RFP responses, pitch development, and business development efforts.
- Own the full lifecycle of complex experiential programs across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Align and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against scope, timelines, and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Estimating, Field Services, and Fulfillment to ensure seamless execution.
- Navigate event logistics, pharmaceutical compliance requirements, and trade show regulations with confidence.
- Take full ownership of project and program budgets, from scoping through reconciliation.
- Confidently scope and price repeat programs; collaborate with Estimating on new initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including quotes, change orders, and invoices, using internal systems.
- Partner with Finance to ensure timely, accurate billing and overall account health.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Account Managers and Coordinators, serving as a role model and leader.
- Support career development planning and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
- Share best practices and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously elevate team performance.
- Assist with onboarding and scaling the department as new talent joins Impact XM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience managing complex experiential programs; agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with precision and composure under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, from executive-level presentations to internal collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
