Senior Project Manager– Experiential & Exhibit Fabrication

to lead complexfabrication, tradeshow,exhibition, and experientialprojects from thefirst client conversationthrough fabrication, installation, showexecution, andfinal reconciliation.

This is ahigh-impact rolefor a project leader who knowshow to turnambitious creative conceptsintoreal-world experiences—balancing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, productionteams, and clients while keeping everythingmoving toward openingday.

You'll be theperson connecting thedots betweencreative vision and physical execution.

When the designis ambitious, thetimeline is tight, and there area hundred movingpieces, you're theperson who knowshow to makeithappen.

You'll have end-to-end ownership of major programs, working across design, fabrication, logistics, installation, and live event execution.

• Lead projects from client intake and initial planning through design, fabrication, installation, show-site execution, and closeout
• Build and managecomprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Translate project objectives into clear action plans for internal teams and external partners
• Keep scope, timelines, quality, and client expectations aligned throughouttheproject
• Anticipate what's coming next and keepteams ahead of critical deadlines
• Serve as the operational leader whokeeps the projectmoving when prioritieschange

You'll work acrossthe organization andbecomea trusted operationalpartner to clients and internal teams.

You'll communicate timelines, decisions, risks, changes, and expectations clearly, especially when things get complicated.

We're looking forasenior project leader from the world of experiential, exhibits, fabrication, or live eventsnot simply someone with a generic project management background.

You have:

• 10+ years ofproject management experience in tradeshow, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, fabrication, or a closely related industry
• A proven track record managing large, complex projects from concept through completion
• Deep understanding of fabrication, production, installation, logistics, and live-event execution
• Strong budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliation skills
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, transportation, and show-service partners
