GCP Engineer

• Experience building and supporting GKE, Global and Regional Load Balancing, Secrets Management, IAM roles, Org and project policy management, 3rd-Party vendor integrations, and Application migration support.
• Experience in IT management, cloud services administration, Dev Ops engineering, or a related occupation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform (required).
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is a bonus.
• Cloud services knowledge including storage, databases, and networking.
• CI/CD pipelines and tools experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security best practices, including network policies, RBAC, and secrets management.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and automation of deployment pipelines integrated with Kubernetes.

• Help support and develop the Google Cloud Platform, focusing on deployment and support of cloud native services, using Terraform and Git Hub pipelines.
• Utilize software to manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications to guarantee performance and orchestrate resource provisioning.
• Promote infrastructure automation and flexible collaboration among development, security, compliance, testing, monitoring, and production teams.
• Optimize the release process by leading teams to identify gaps and remove barriers, enabling increased frequency of accurate code deployments.
• Partner with application teams to provide overall infrastructure guidance and assistance, and conduct infrastructure deployment activities.
• Orchestrate problem resolution efforts throughout an application’s cloud migration journey.
• Identify opportunities to enhance current application automation processes.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year
