SR Market Access Analyst – Monmouth Junction, NJ

Position Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to work at the Monmouth Junction, NJ office, with the option to telecommute up to one day per week.

• Assist with the creation of Liquid XR product pricing analysis and presentations for the pricing committee review.
• Collaborate with Marketing Access to design and enhance strategic pull-through modifications in the CRM system.
• Track and analyze Liquid XR product formulary positioning and provide updates to senior members of the Analytics and Marketing Access teams.
• Assist with the creation of Liquid XR and competitive product patient journey analysis.
• Assist with the development, enrichment, and maintenance of Marketing Access relational datasets and databases (e.g., Fingertip, MMIT).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple commercial teams to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information accurately, enabling data-driven decision making.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for solving data-related challenges.
• Assist in identifying and proposing data-driven solutions to business problems using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Assist in data cleaning, processing, and analysis for various field sales-related projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s holders or 2 years for Master’s holders in data operations, information services, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Proficiency (minimum 2 years) with data analysis, scripting, SQL extraction/ETL, Python modeling, and a data visualization tool such as Tableau.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with liquid and solid oral extended-release products, formulary positioning, and pharmacy benefit manager contracting.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
