As a Systems Engineer L2 support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.

• Administer and support servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and event log monitoring
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and core IT services
• Support infrastructure design, deployment, and implementation
• Monitor security events and respond to incidents
• Oversee backups and validate disaster recovery plans
• Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Identify and resolve system performance issues

• Strong experience with Windows OS administration
• Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with VMware virtualization
• Exposure to system monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of Citrix infrastructure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
