Job SummaryCampbell Supply Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cores & Returns Specialist to support our Parts Department operations. This role is responsible for processing returned parts, warranty items, and used cores while ensuring accurate documentation, inventory tracking, and timely return processing.
Responsibilities- Process, organize, and track returned parts, warranty items, and used cores.
- Inspect parts to verify return eligibility and proper packaging requirements.
- Prepare and ship returns according to manufacturer and vendor guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and warranty transactions.
- Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Warranty teams to ensure efficient processing.
- Monitor outstanding credits and follow up on pending return activity.
- Assist with inventory control and organization of returned parts storage areas.
- Keep work spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in product, warranty, and department training programs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or parts experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers for data entry and tracking activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; frequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally more than 100 lbs (team lift required)
- Work near moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, or outdoor conditions
- Moderate noise level
- Full-time
