Where You’ll Make a Difference- Manage and close Quality Notifications (QNs) in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform trend analysis on production and quality data to identify recurring issues.
- Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics and progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role (preferred in the Food or Chemical industry).
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, SPC, CAPA).
- Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean.
- Experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
