We’re seeking a motivated Leasing & Resident Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. In this role, you will be the face of our communities, responsible for guiding prospective residents through tours, facilitating smooth move‑ins, and ensuring current residents feel supported, valued, and ’ll be on‑site daily, engaging directly with residents, answering questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

- Conduct engaging tours for prospective residents and confidently close leases.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage all aspects of move‑ins and move‑outs, ensuring processes are smooth and records are accurate.
- Collaborate closely with in‑house maintenance and janitorial staff to maintain apartments and common areas to the highest standard.
- Promote units proactively and help maintain strong occupancy rates.
- Track leasing activity, resident interactions, and community trends, providing detailed reports to management.
- Proven leasing or property management experience—absolutely no exceptions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working full‑time on‑site and interacting directly with residents daily.
- Familiarity with leasing processes and property management systems preferred.
- Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually.
- Leasing commission: $65 per lease signed; after 8 leases in a month, earn $130 per additional lease.
- Full‑time, on‑site schedule: 9am – 5pm.
