Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, maintaining logs, and reporting discrepancies according to post orders.;
Support daily operations by observing trailer yards, shipment areas, and high-traffic zones for policy compliance, access issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
